Please read the following terms of booking carefully.
Email & SMS Confirmations
For your complete peace of mind, you will receive an SMS confirmation of each individual booking/journey. You will receive this SMS between 4-5pm (UK time) on the day before each collection with the driver’s name, mobile number, your booking date and time. We would recommend that you double check this to ensure all the information is correct.
Should you not receive this SMS by 5.30PM UK Time then please contact us in the first instance by way of email to contact@vip-taxis.uk should we not respond within 90mins then please call us on 07711882242. PLEASE NOTE- Do not reply directly to the SMS number as it is not manned.
Changes and Amends
If there are any errors or you need to change or amend anything please contact the office directly way of email to contact@vip-taxis.uk. All changes and amends will require a written response from VIP Taxisin order to validate them. Should they be small short notice changes or to inform us of a flight delay or slight time changes then these can be done directly with your driver via his contact details as supplied in the pre travel confirmation SMS/Email alerts. Again please ensure you get a written response back from your driver or us here at the office by way of Email or SMS If outside the office hours and URGENT, i.e. 22.00hrs-07.00hrs, then contact your driver directly on the number provided to you within the confirmation SMS.
Please note any changes that are made within 12hrs of your booked collection time may be chargeable at the management’s discretion. i.e. If a driver is already on-route or on location, or incurred any costs or is out of pocket as a result then the full fare will be payable. This is irrespective of reason.
Please note should your flight be delayed or diverted to a different airport and or cancelled and re-booked on an alternative flight the original booking will be chargeable plus any additional fees incurred for driver waiting time or sending the driver to a different location to complete the booking, we will endeavour to keep these costs to a minimum.
Locating your driver upon arrival
Please contact your driver directly on the number supplied to you the day before your journey by Email and SMS should you have any difficulty or should you change or lose your mobile then please contact us immediately with an alternative number by email atcontact@vip-taxis.ukand we will instruct you further if needed. Failing that your driver will be inside the terminal building with a sign with your name and destination written upon within 45 minutes of your flight landing.
VAT
There is no VAT payable or charged on any of our bookings therefore we you have not paid any VAT or Taxes on the above booking/s.
Payment & Methods
If “Pay the driver directly” was selected when your booking was made, payment is to be made in full on journey first or outbound fee on outbound and inbound fee on inbound by way of cash or card to the driver.
NOTE: We do not accept Cheques. We accept cash, card, PayPal & Advance BACS Payments (details available on request)
What is Included
All our fares are not INCLUDED all airport Drop Off Fees and Airport Parking / Meet & Greet waiting up to 1 hour.
Additional Fees.
Any additional parking fees over 1 hour, additional pick-ups/drop off or deviations from the pre-booked and quoted route, tolls/congestion fees, additional waiting charges (after 1 hour at Sea/Airports) and any spillage chargeswhere and if applicable are chargeable and payable by the client to the driver on the day of travel (with the exception of our account customers whom will be invoiced accordingly).
SPILLAGE AND ANY CLEANING CHARGES WILL BE MINIMUM £50 …
Confirmations and responsibilities.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the details of the booking on all confirmations sent out by us whether by email or SMS are indeed correct. VIP Taxis Ltd cannot and shall not be held responsible for any errors made by the client and as such any additional charges made as a result of such errors will be deemed the client’s responsibility and may incur additional fees.
By making this booking with us you accept and agree to our company terms and conditions including the promise to pay in the event of a client no show regardless of the reason. MK VIP SERVICES Ltd cannot be held responsible for miss-information supplied to us by the client or the airport & flight information agencies and services.
VIP Taxis cannot be held responsible for traffic conditions whilst we take every precaution we can, traffic is unpredictable and additional time should always be factored in when making a booking to allow for the unexpected we do not offer any compensation for missed flights as a result of any of the above.
Vehicle/Driver allocation
Whilst we endeavour to accommodate all our client’s requests, in the event of e vehicle breakdown, driver illness, extreme traffic delays or weather conditions; MK VIP SERVICES LTD Reserves the right to supply an alternative vehicle or driver as close to the specification of the original booked vehicle or best available alternative at that time.
Child Seats
Each individual seat left for storage must be securely and clearly labelled with the travelling clients name flight arrival date, flight arrival time, flight no. and mobile no. failure to do this will result in the driver NOT accepting the seat for storage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made directly to the office (not a driver) with a minimum of 12 hours before the time of the booked collection in writing by email to info@vip-taxis.uk(a reply from VIP Taxis will be required in order to validate the cancellation) failure to do so will result in the full fare being payable.
